I was born and raised in a small beach town, Monterey California. I could not be more grateful to have grown up in such a beautiful place and I am so lucky to be able to call this my home. My parents raised me around the outdoors and helped me build a love for adventure. Weightlifting was my first love when it came to fitness. I was never interested in being on a sports team and I could never stick to any type of exercise routine for a decent amount of time. I wasn't very athletic and nothing appealed to me. I was more familiar with hiking and I didn't have a big influence on the fitness world until my last few years of high school. A friend of mine introduced me to weightlifting and immediately I fell in love. A few years later I discovered yoga and realized how well the two practices benefit each other. Yoga and weightlifting have become my passion and purpose, something I hope to spread to the rest of the world. I decided to pursue my love for fitness by majoring in Kinesiology at my local college, California State University Monterey Bay. There is nothing more rewarding then teaching yoga and weightlifting, all while spreading the awareness of health to help people create more ease and strength in their bodies.

200hr Yoga Certification through Yoga Alliance.
