These classes focus on building full body strength with an emphasis on the lower body and glutes!

  • There are only 6 spots available for each session, so please RESERVE your spot in advance.

  • Please try and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and meet with me if you have any questions!

  • Whether you are a beginner or more advanced in the weight room, all levels are welcome!
